Character traits[]
Tongue Blaggard was the head of a criminal organization, but was imprisoned. While imprisoned, he learned that a treasure of a billion dollars was hidden, and the map to the money was located on the engine block of a Model T. Blaggard escaped from prison and attempted to steal the Model T from an old man and his granddaughter. He was stopped though, by Speed Racer and the police, and sent back to prison.

Tongue Blaggard doesn't have any relationships with anybody. He trusts no one.
